Care in 3 steps, starting on WhatsApp
No app to install, no complicated sign-up. You already have everything you need on your phone.
Send a message
Open WhatsApp and describe how you feel. Just start the conversation — we help you in your language.
Get the right care
Depending on your situation and where you are: a video consultation with a Brazilian doctor (in Brazil and before you travel), a specialist’s written opinion, or guidance and navigation in your language when you’re already abroad.
Everything in writing
Everything ends in writing on your WhatsApp: medical guidance after your consultation, travel documents in English and the agreed next steps — there whenever you need them.
Made for Brazilians far from home
Tourism, work, exchange or living abroad — health doesn’t wait for you to get back.
While traveling
Get ready before departure: pre-trip consultation, prescriptions for the whole trip and a guided travel kit — plus, while traveling, emergency guidance in your language and navigation to the right local care.
Living abroad
Written opinions from leading Brazilian specialists (second opinion), health check-ups on your visits to Brazil and support in your language to navigate the local system.
Medication questions
You need to know whether a drug is sold, banned or has an equivalent in the country you’re in — without gambling at the pharmacy counter.
The difference of being treated in your language
Getting sick abroad is stressful enough. Being treated by someone who speaks your language and understands your context changes everything.
- No language barrier — You explain how you feel in your own language and understand every instruction, with no misunderstandings.
- Context that makes sense — Guidance that considers the country you’re in: local pharmacy, drug names and what’s actually sold there.
- Real reassurance — Being sick far from home is scary. Talking to a Brazilian doctor brings safety and peace of mind.
Care that speaks your language
Wherever the trip takes you, a Brazilian doctor is one message away — to prepare, guide and accompany you.
Find your doctor
Search by specialty or by the doctor’s name and get to know who will see you.
No doctor found for that term. Try another specialty or name.
Your Brazilian doctor, always within reach
When a health problem comes up far from Brazil, you won’t be alone. Choose a one-time consultation or keep a Brazilian doctor available around the clock — wherever you are.
Common questions
How am I seen?
You message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you need. We route you to the right service for your situation: a video consultation with a Brazilian doctor (in Brazil — including before a trip — and in Florida, with US-licensed Brazilian doctors), a specialist’s written opinion, or guidance and navigation in your language wherever you are. Everything ends with written guidance.
Does it work in any country?
Our support goes with you worldwide — and the format follows the health rules of each place. Full medical consultations take place while you are in Brazil and, in Florida, with US-licensed Brazilian doctors. Elsewhere, you count on emergency guidance, navigation in your language (pharmacies, clinics, translation of your report) and specialists’ written opinions.
Is the doctor really Brazilian?
Yes. You’re always seen by a Brazilian doctor — that’s the heart of the service.
Do you issue prescriptions?
Yes, when indicated — Brazilian electronic prescriptions, publicly verifiable. Outside Brazil, acceptance of a Brazilian prescription depends on local rules; that’s why the best move is to sort your prescriptions in the Pre-Trip Consultation, before departure, and travel with the medical letter in English and our local-equivalents guidance.
It’s an emergency. Can I use it?
Call the local emergency service first (911 in the US, 112 in Europe, 192 in Brazil) — we do not replace the ER. After you call for help, we can stay on the line guiding you or whoever is with you until the local team takes over.
Traveling soon — or already far from home?
