From credentialing to payout, in four steps.
Get credentialed
Submit your documents (CRM license, company, certificates) and take part in an interview with a simulated consultation led by our clinical team.
Receive offers on WhatsApp
When you are available, you receive care requests and accept with one tap. No mandatory shifts: every offer is your call.
See patients by video
The consultation happens by video call, with medical record documentation and ICP-Brasil digitally signed prescriptions when indicated.
Get paid through your company
Payouts for completed consultations are made monthly to your legal entity, per the current Commercial Schedule.
Requirements to get credentialed
Credentialing goes through screening by our clinical team — the details are in the Credentialing Agreement.
- Active CRM license in good standing, free of ethical or professional restrictions
- Your own legal entity with medical activity (active CNPJ)
- At least 2 years since medical school graduation
- Valid ICP-Brasil digital certificate for prescriptions and documents
- Teleconsultation setup: stable internet, good camera and audio, private room
- Approval in the interview and simulated consultation with the clinical team
